ManyTinyTools
PRIVACY POLICY

YOUR PRIVACY MATTERS.

ManyTinyTools is designed to minimize unnecessary data collection and process information locally in your browser whenever technically possible.

Last updated: October 16, 2026

WHAT THIS MEANS (QUICK SUMMARY)

  • Browser-First: Many of our tools process files and text directly inside your web browser.
  • No Account Needed: You can use core tools freely without creating an account or providing an email address.
  • Advertising: We plan to support free access through Google AdSense. When enabled, advertising may use cookies and related measurement.
  • Limited Collection: We only process information required to operate, secure, improve, or communicate about the service.
01

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

A. Information You Provide Voluntarily

When you contact us via email, submit feedback, or communicate with our support address, we receive the details contained in your message (such as your email address, name, or comments). If you choose to create an account, authentication services process your account information and session data.

B. Automatically Collected Technical Information

Like most standard web platforms, our servers and third-party infrastructure providers automatically record basic technical network requests. Depending on enabled services, this technical information may include:

  • IP address and approximate geographical region
  • Browser type, language, and operating system
  • Referring URL and exit pages
  • Timestamp and request headers
  • Basic network diagnostics and security logs
02

FILES & TOOL PROCESSING

A foundational goal of ManyTinyTools is client-side computation. Where technically possible, our tools perform conversions, edits, formatting, and calculations directly inside your browser using JavaScript and HTML5 APIs.

For browser-processed utilities:

  • Your uploaded files or input text remain in your local browser memory.
  • Files do not need to be transmitted to ManyTinyTools servers to complete the task.
  • Generated output is created locally on your device.

Server-backed features: Saving an App Download QR link sends the app name, public identifier, and app-store URLs to our server so that the public redirect link can work. Account features send account information to our authentication provider. Contact form submissions send your message and contact details to our server. Do not include confidential information in public QR link records.

03

BROWSER-FIRST PHILOSOPHY

We prefer browser-first processing because it provides immediate speed benefits, reduces network bandwidth costs, and offers inherently superior privacy. By avoiding unnecessary file uploads, your sensitive documents stay on your machine whenever local browser capabilities allow.

04

COOKIES & LOCAL STORAGE

ManyTinyTools uses browser storage mechanisms such as localStorage and cookies to improve website functionality:

  • Local Preferences: Anonymous favorites and mini-game high scores can be saved locally on your device. When signed in, favorites may sync to your account database.
  • Essential Cookies: Managing security tokens, basic layout states, or session integrity.
  • Third-Party Cookies: Used by advertising networks (such as Google AdSense) or potential analytics infrastructure to manage ad serving and aggregate usage statistics.

You can manage or disable cookie settings directly within your web browser preferences at any time.

05

ADVERTISING

We plan to fund free access through Google AdSense advertising. Real ad units remain inactive until configured. When ads are enabled, Google and its partners may process cookies, device identifiers, IP addresses, and browsing context as described in their policies and applicable consent settings.

06

GOOGLE ADSENSE

When Google AdSense is enabled, Google and its partner vendors may use cookies to serve ads based on visits to this site and other websites. Google advertising cookies may enable personalized ads. Where required, consent must be obtained before relevant advertising cookies or data use.

Third parties may place or read cookies, use web beacons, or process IP addresses and other identifiers when serving ads. Learn how Google uses information from sites and apps that use its services.

Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's official privacy and ad settings documentation:

07

ANALYTICS & MEASUREMENT

Google Analytics is configured to load after analytics consent. It can process usage and device information to help us understand traffic. Uploaded files, entered tool text, and file contents are not intentionally included in analytics events. Hosting and security infrastructure may also process technical request logs.

08

CONTACT INFORMATION HANDLING

If you contact us directly at hello@manytinytools.com, we will use your provided contact information solely to respond to your inquiry, troubleshoot issues, or evaluate suggested tool ideas. We do not sell contact lists to third-party marketers.

09

USER ACCOUNTS

Optional account features use Supabase for authentication and profile services. Account email addresses, profile information you choose to provide, saved favorites, and session cookies are processed for these features. Using core tools does not require an account.

10

FREE ACCESS & PAYMENTS

There is currently no paid subscription or checkout flow. Core tools are free to use, subject to the technical limits shown in each tool. We do not request payment card details through these tools.

11

ADVERTISING CHOICES

Use Cookie Preferences in the footer to review or change your analytics and advertising preferences. Browser settings can also restrict cookies. Where applicable, Google advertising requires additional consent-management disclosures and choices.

12

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

To deliver a reliable platform, ManyTinyTools relies on trusted external infrastructure providers for services including:

  • Cloud web hosting and global Content Delivery Networks (CDNs)
  • Google AdSense and Google Analytics when enabled under applicable consent settings
  • Supabase for optional authentication and profile features
  • DNS management and network security filtering
  • Email delivery through Resend for contact form submissions, including submitted message details and technical anti-spam information
13

DATA RETENTION

Browser Files: Browser-processed input is held for the current tool session; downloaded output remains wherever you save it. Browser storage may retain preferences. Saved App Download QR records remain on our server so their public links can resolve; contact us to request review or removal.

Contact Emails: Emails sent to us are retained as long as reasonably necessary to resolve your request and maintain routine business logs.

Server Logs: Retention of technical request logs depends on hosting and security provider settings.

14

SECURITY PRACTICES

We employ reasonable technical protocols, HTTPS encryption, and standard access controls designed to safeguard web traffic. However, no internet transmission method or electronic storage system is 100% immune to potential security vulnerabilities. We encourage responsible digital practices when handling confidential files online.

15

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

ManyTinyTools is a general audience utility platform and does not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children under applicable legal age thresholds. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us for prompt removal.

16

INTERNATIONAL USERS

ManyTinyTools is accessible worldwide. Technical information processed by server infrastructure or third-party service providers may be routed or hosted across international server locations.

17

YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

Depending on your geographic location, you may possess rights under local data protection laws (such as GDPR or CCPA) regarding personal data you have provided to us (e.g., requesting access, corrections, or deletion of email communications). Please reach out to our contact email to exercise relevant requests.

18

POLICY CHANGES

We may revise this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect new software capabilities, legal updates, or changes in third-party providers. Revisions will be indicated by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
